We are looking for a Product Support Specialists to provide business and technical customer support for software products/online marketplaces. Your job will involve answering phone calls, emails, faxes, and letters and escalate issues for resolution, documentation and follow-up when necessary.Job Responsibilities
- Receiving and answering customer inquiries and requests regarding core product information, orders, pricing and other services offered.
- Providing operational support for software products/online marketplaces.
- Work with customers to determine which services and plan of action best serves the customer’s individual needs.
- Maintain work process by following policies and procedures and documenting it.
- Meets the monthly KPIs
- Maintains quality of service by following organizational standards.
- Proactively obtaining technical knowledge by attending training sessions, reviewing training modules etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Strong Client Focus: Explain features, troubleshooting & follow-up skills; commitment to continuous improvement.
- Previous Analyst/Customer Service/Help Desk Experience a plus
- Strong business process aptitude
- Strong Verbal & Written English skills a MUST
- Regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Computer savvy
